Morning Announcements – May 21, 2013

Good morning Warriors!

It’s Tuesday and that means video announcements will follow morning announcements.

All football players there will be a short meeting on Friday the 24th at 3:10 in the New Gym. Coach Tomlin will be handing out Warrior camp flyers and discussing summer weight requirements. It will only take about 15-20 minutes. DO NOT BE LATE!!!

Attention seniors! All Senior All Night Party tickets will be on sale Friday during 2nd lunch in the commons. Tickets are $10 or $20 at the door.

The apparel program's fashion show, Fashion Overboard, is Wednesday evening at 7pm in the gym. There is no boot camp for models tonight. Models are to report to the girl's locker room at 5:30 on Wednesday.

Hey runners! The Hero Half Marathon and Mini Marathon is coming up on May 25th in Sweet Home. These races are a fund raiser in support of our troops. For information see the shelves in the office.

Anyone interested in participating in cross country next fall please attend a short meeting Thursday @ 3:00 in room 128.

Attention Baseball Players - just a reminder that the Baseball Awards dinner is tonight at 5:30 in the Commons.

The six day Ocean Watch 4-H Marine Ambassadors Camp will take place on the Oregon State University (OSU) campus for two nights and in Newport at the Hatfield Marine Science Center for three nights. On the OSU campus youth will learn to be Marine Ambassadors, tour labs, participate in science classes and work with a team to construct Remote Operated Vehicles. In Newport campers will be introduced to the 64-foot sailing research vessel Ocean Watch. They will sail on Ocean Watch to access marine animal and plant survey sites, and collect water samples. Applications are due this Friday and may be picked up from the shelves in the office. You do not have to be a 4-H member to apply for the camp.

Today is the last day to turn in your PULSE permission slip...Please return them to the office or room 301.

Attention Boys and Girl’s golfers! The awards night is tonght at 6:30pm at Mallard Creek Golf Course.

All girls interested in playing summer basketball open gym starts tonight after school. See Coach Benedict with questions.
